The hotel's position was perfect, next to supermarket, fuel station and other stuffs and the public areas. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

The location was central, near the famous Coastal Walkway as well as common areas and bar areas. It also was by relaxing gardens. We truly enjoyed twin room provided with exceptionally comfy bed, balcony, easier access to the lift.

Adjoining door to next room needs to be soundproofed as we could clearly hear the occupants.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building next to the ocean and the sound of the waves, and the restaurant or housekeeping. Central location to an aquatic centre, reasonably priced breakfast. Also, easy access to Te Henui Vicarage.
